The founders
The founders of GISGO-SM are a group of men(people) and women, nationals of western Africa, every graduates of the higher education, essentially in the disciplines of the management, the economics, the accounting(countable) expertise, the bank and the finances.
They are so awarded a diploma by universities and following African, European and American high schools:
1) African universities:
University of Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire);

Sheik Anta Diop university of Dakar (Senegal);
University of Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso).
2) European universities and American:
Paris I university - Panthéon-Sorbonne ( France);

MrOusmane OUEDRAOGO (Chairman of the board)
Training: awarded a diploma by the School of HEC-Paris in 1976, holder of a “DEA” in Monetary Economy and of a Doctorate in Economics, Unique Thesis, of the University Paris IX-Dauphine.
1994-1995 was an invited researcher at the University Stanford in the USA during academic year.
Professional experience: career of more than 30 years at the Central Bank of the States of Western Africa (BCEAO) where he retired to count of January 1st, 2009, while he occupied the functions with Advising Special of the Governor.
During his career and in position of detachment with Burkina Faso, he occupied the following functions:
Vice- governor of the BCEAO (in October, 1988 - in September, 1993)
Minister of Finance and Planning (in September, 1993 - in April, 1994);
Advisor of the President of Faso, loaded with the economic integration (1995-1997).
Publications: he published articles in economy applied in specialized reviews and works, notably:
Macroeconomic Plea for Africa, Published (Edited) Karthala, Paris, on 1999;
a single currency for all western Africa? Published (Edited) Karthala, Paris, on 2003.
